2) Post your job: We already have subscriptions with multiple job boards. We can post yours for less and forward the candidates to you.

3) Traditional Recruiting: We can still do traditional recruiting. We will recruit using many of the same tools and techniques here. We will screen, vet and present the best candidates to you. Out fee for full service technical recruiting is 15%.

We are a spin-off of a full-service information technology recruiting agency. We have been pulling resumes from all the job boards and public sites for years. Over the course of time, we have developed our own database and have improved on it significantly.

The short answer is “that’s proprietary”. The longer answer is we started off using data science algorithms to look at skills and work history and match them to our clients jobs. We are now applying machine-learning to it to make it even better

We will need to speak with an individual who can prioritize what is important about the role and tell us the benefits of working there. Once that is done, we will turn a contact list around within days.
